We talked to Computer Weekly following the Supreme Court ruling on 19^th February that Uber drivers were workers and therefore entitled to minimum wages and holiday pay. Keller Lenkner UK managing director Andrew Nugent Smith advised that each affected driver could be entitled to between £10,000 – £12,000 in unpaid wages.
