Keller Lenkner UK plans to launch a group action claim against the Police Federation in 2022

Keller Lenkner UK is representing thousands of Police Officers seeking compensation for the Police Federation’s failure to adequately protect their personal and sensitive data when the Police Federation Membership database experienced a cyber attack in 2019.

On the 21st December 2021, Keller Lenkner UK served notice to the Police Federation over its intention to seek a Group Litigation Order from the High Court in early 2022.
